Take payment by card, cash and Vipps

When the cart is ready, tap Pay and choose how the customer wants to pay. Which options appear depends on the payment methods you have turned on.

Steps

1. Open payment: Tap Pay. The total shows at the top.
2. Choose a method:
   • Card: The amount is sent to the card terminal. Ask the customer to follow the terminal. A receipt is offered once approved.
   • Cash: Type the amount received – the POS calculates change. The drawer opens.
   • Vipps: The customer pays with Vipps; the sale completes once the payment is confirmed.
3. Finish: When the payment is approved, the sale closes and a receipt is offered.

Good to know: If you don't see a payment option, the method is probably turned off in the back office. See "Turning payment methods on and off".
