Reprint a receipt or send it digitally

Print a copy, or send the receipt to the customer's email or phone.

The customer can get a receipt on paper or digitally. You can also bring up an earlier receipt and reprint it.

After a sale

When a sale completes, a receipt is offered automatically. Choose:

  • Print – paper receipt from the receipt printer.
  • Digital – send by email or SMS by typing the customer's address/number.
  • None – skip if the customer doesn't want one.

Reprint an earlier receipt

  1. Open Orders / Receipts on the POS.
  2. Find the sale in the list.
  3. Tap Reprint or Send receipt.

Good to know: What appears on the receipt (header, footer, logo) is controlled in the back office. See "Customizing your receipt".

Tip: Digital receipts save paper and are handy for business customers who need documentation.
