Editing and deleting products

Prices change and products come and go. Here is how to update or remove a product in your catalogue.

Edit a product

1. Go to Products → Products.
2. Find the product using the search box or the Category filter.
3. Click anywhere on the product's row to open it.
4. Make your changes on the Generally tab (name, price, category, stock, photo and more).
5. Click Update Product to save.

Tip: When editing, you also get a Sales tab to see how the product has sold and an Activity tab showing recent changes.

Delete a product

1. Open the product as above.
2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Product.
3. In the confirmation box, click Delete to confirm.

Good to know: Deleting cannot be undone, but past sales of the product still appear in your sales reports. If you only want to stop selling something for a while, mark it Out of Stock instead of deleting it.

If you change your mind before saving, click Cancel to leave without keeping your edits.
