Uploading your logo and branding

Branding lets you upload the images customers see on your public pages, self-order kiosks and compatible POS devices. Open it from Settings, on the Identity / Branding page.

Uploaded images are optimized automatically (converted to WebP). Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, BMP and TIFF.

Steps

1. Open branding: Go to Settings, then Identity / Branding.
2. Add your brand images: Under Brand Identity, upload a Cover Photo and a Logo / Avatar. Click the box or drag an image onto it. Each tile shows the recommended size.
3. Add kiosk branding: Under Kiosk Branding, upload your Kiosk Logo (max 512x512). This shows on the self-order kiosk welcome screen and updates on kiosks instantly.
4. Add POS branding (optional): Under PoS Branding, choose a PoS Logo and a Placeholder. For the placeholder, pick None, Photo or Video (MP4 only, max 20MB), then click Save PoS Branding.
5. Check the preview: The Preview card at the bottom shows how your cover, logo and POS branding will look.

Good to know: Cover Photo, Logo / Avatar and Kiosk Logo save as soon as you upload or remove them. Only PoS Branding needs the Save PoS Branding button.

Tip: Use a square logo with a transparent background for the cleanest result across kiosks and devices.
