Switching between businesses (chains & franchises)

If your account can manage more than one business - for example a chain or franchise - you can move between them without logging out. This is handy when you look after several shops or restaurants from one login.

Where to find it

When your account has access to more than one business, a dropdown labelled Business appears near the top of the left menu, just under your name. Below it you will see a small Quick Switch label so it is easy to spot.

Steps

1. In the left menu, find the Business dropdown marked with Quick Switch.
2. Click it to open the list of businesses you can manage.
3. Click the business you want to work on.
4. The back office reloads its information for that business. The name shown under your account at the top updates to confirm the switch.

Good to know

• After switching, every section - Dashboard, Orders, Products, Reports and so on - shows figures and settings for the business you selected.
• If you only have access to one business, the Business dropdown does not appear, and that is normal.
• The business you are currently viewing is also shown next to the NordPay name in the top bar on phones and small screens.

Tip: Always check the business name under your account before making changes, so edits land on the right shop or restaurant.
