Split the payment and the bill

Sometimes a customer wants to pay with several methods, or a group wants to split the bill. Both are done on the payment screen.

Pay with several methods

1. Tap Pay.
2. Choose the first method and type the partial amount to pay with it (for example 100 kr cash).
3. The remaining amount stays. Choose the next method for the rest (for example card).
4. The sale completes when the whole total is covered.

Split the total between guests

1. On the payment screen, choose Split.
2. Split evenly by number of people, or split by item by moving items to each guest.
3. Take payment for each part in turn – each guest can use their own method.

Good to know: You can mix even-split and by-item split until the whole amount is paid. The remaining balance is always shown clearly.

Tip: If each guest needs their own receipt, offer a receipt after each partial payment.
