Set delivery prices for online ordering

With Delivery settings, you can decide what customers pay for self-delivery in online ordering. Rules are checked in priority order: the first matching rule wins.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Delivery settings.
2. Open Delivery Pricing Rules.
3. Click Add Rule.
4. Choose a Rule Type:
   • By Postal Code(s) for specific postal codes.
   • By Distance (km) — flat fee for one fee within a maximum distance.
   • By Distance — per km for a price per kilometre.
   • By Distance — base + per km for a free zone, base fee and extra kilometre price.
5. Fill in Label (optional), such as “Free zone” or “Inner city”.
6. Fill in the fields shown for the rule, such as Postal Codes, Max Distance (km), Delivery Fee (NOK incl. VAT) or Price per km (NOK incl. VAT).
7. Click Add Rule.
8. Use the arrows to put the rules in the right order, then click Save Rules.

Good to know: A rule with 0 delivery fee is shown as Free. If more than one rule could match the same customer, the top matching rule is used.

Tip: Put the most specific rules first, such as free postal codes before a broader distance rule.
