Set up online ordering (web)
Enable web ordering for your business by choosing a URL slug, then configure checkout, QR table ordering and receipts.

Web Ordering lets customers order from a public website. The tab appears under Sales Points once the feature is enabled for your business.
Steps
- Open Sales Points and select the Web Ordering tab.
- Click Settings on the card.
- Enter a URL Slug - lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens only, 3-50 characters. The system checks whether it is available.
- Check the address under Preview URL - this becomes your ordering link.
- Under Checkout Defaults you can turn on Pre-fill terms acceptance and Pre-fill marketing consent to pre-check those boxes at checkout.
- Optionally turn on QR Table Ordering > Enable QR table option so guests can scan a QR code on their table and get dine-in and table number pre-selected.
- Optionally turn on Auto-print customer receipt and choose a printer for web orders.
- Click Save Changes.
Once the slug is set, use Copy link to share the link or Preview to open the site.
Good to know: Web ordering uses the same menu and prices (incl. VAT in kr) as the rest of the system. If the tab is missing, your administrator must enable web ordering for the business first.
