Sending an SMS marketing campaign
Write, target and send an SMS campaign to your customers, with optional promo code and personalization.

SMS marketing lets you send a text offer to a chosen group of customers, with a promo code and personalized details.
Steps
- Open SMS marketing. Go to Marketing → SMS marketing.
- Check your balance. The SMS Balance card shows how many messages you have left. Sending is blocked if you have none.
- Start a campaign. Click New Campaign (or open the New Campaign tab).
- Add the details. Under Campaign Details, enter a Campaign Name and your Message. The counter shows characters used and how many SMS each recipient costs (160 characters each).
- (Optional) Attach a promo code. Pick one in Promotional Code (optional) to reference it in the text.
- Personalize. Use Insert Token buttons like {firstName} and {promoCode}; the Preview shows how the message will read.
- Choose the audience. Under Target Audience, build your segment (for example a customer group). The footer shows how many customers match.
- Send or save. Click Send Now and confirm, or Save Draft to finish later.
Good to know
The confirmation window shows recipients, Total SMS needed and your remaining balance — if you're short on credits, sending is disabled until you top up. Past sends and their delivery results appear under the Campaign History tab.
Tip: Your SMS sender and provider are set up separately under Settings → SMS settings. If sending is disabled, check there first.
