Scheduling when products are available

Visibility schedules let you control when products and categories appear for sale, perfect for a breakfast menu, lunch specials or happy hour that should switch on and off by itself.

Steps

1. Open the page. Go to Products → Schedules to reach Visibility Schedules.
2. Start a schedule. Click Create Schedule.
3. Name it. In the Name field, type something like Breakfast Menu. Add a Description if helpful and leave Status set to Active.
4. Add the timing. Under Time Schedules, click Add Recurring for repeating times, then tick the days under Days of Week and set the Start Time and End Time (for example Mon to Fri, 07:00 to 11:00). Use Add One-Time for a single date range instead.
5. Pick what it affects. Under Visibility Targets, use Search Categories or Search Products to add the items this schedule applies to.
6. Save. Click Create Schedule.

Tip: Use Channel Availability to choose whether the schedule affects the POS, kiosk or online ordering.

Good to know: While a schedule is Active, your chosen products appear only during the times you set, and disappear automatically outside them.
