Park and recall an order

When a customer isn't quite ready, you can park the sale (put it on hold), serve the next customer, and bring it back afterwards. Nothing is lost.

Park a sale

1. With items in the cart, tap Park (hold).
2. Give the sale a name or number if asked – for example the customer's name or a table number.
3. The POS clears and is ready for the next customer.

Recall it

1. Tap Parked (held / open sales).
2. Pick the right sale in the list.
3. Keep adding items or go straight to payment.

Good to know: Parked sales stay on the sale point until they're recalled and paid. Use clear names when it's busy so you find the right sale fast.

Tip: For table service, use tables instead – see "Open a table and add items" – which are built to keep several bills open at once.
