Move, merge and split a table bill

Guests change tables, join up, or want to pay separately. The POS handles all three.

Move a table

1. Open the table and choose Move (change table).
2. Pick the new table. The whole bill follows.

Merge tables

1. Open a table and choose Merge.
2. Pick the table to merge with. The items combine onto one bill.

Split the bill

1. Open the table and tap Pay, then Split.
2. Split evenly by number of guests, or by item by moving items to each guest.
3. Take payment for each part – each guest can use their own method.

Good to know: Splitting on a table works like splitting on a normal sale. See "Split the payment and the bill".

Tip: Move a bill rather than re-ringing it if guests change tables – that keeps the correct time and history on the order.
