With Table Placement you build a floor plan of your venue with areas and tables, making dine-in service easy. Find the page under Settings > Table Placement.
Steps
- Open Settings > Table Placement.
- Click Add Area to create a room/section (e.g. "Main hall", "Patio"). Enter the Area Name and an optional Priority, then save.
- Switch between areas using the tabs above the floor plan. Change an area with Area Settings.
- Add a single table with Add Table: fill in Table ID, Table Name (e.g. Bord 1), Number of Seats, Table Shape (Rectangle/Square/Circle/Round) and an optional Description.
- For many tables at once, click Bulk Create: set a Base Name (e.g. Bord), Number of Tables, Starting Table ID and Seats per Table. Tables are named automatically (Bord 1, Bord 2 ...) and laid out in a grid.
- Drag tables on the floor plan to position them. The position saves automatically.
- Click a table to edit it, or use Delete Table to remove it.

Good to know: Table status (available, occupied, reserved, needs cleaning) updates in real time - an indicator shows Live updates when connected. Tables appear in the till so staff can attach orders to the right table.
