Finding products with search and filters
Quickly locate products using search, the category filter and sortable columns.
Once your catalogue grows, the search and filter tools on the product list help you find any item in seconds.
Search
- Go to Products → Products.
- Type into the Search box. You can search by product name, item number or barcode.
The list updates as you type.
Filter by category
- Open the Category dropdown next to the search box.
- Pick a category to show only its products, or choose All Categories to clear the filter.
Sort the list
Click a column heading to sort by it; click again to reverse the order. You can sort by Product, Category, Price, Stock and VAT.
Tip: Click Show VAT Info to display a handy reference panel of the Norwegian MVA codes while you work.
Good to know: Each row shows the product's picture, name, category, price, stock status and VAT code at a glance. If you use a kitchen, you will also see a Kitchen column, and an Options column shows how many customisations are attached. Click any row to open and edit that product.
