Edit multiple products with Bulk edit

Bulk edit lets you update several products from the product list without opening each product one by one. It is useful for price changes, stock counts, or pausing many items at the same time.

Steps

1. Go to Products → Products.
2. Tick the products you want to change using the checkboxes on the left side of the list.
3. Click Bulk edit. The number in the button shows how many products are selected.
4. In Spreadsheet bulk editor, change only the cells you want to update.
5. Use Category, Price, VAT, Stock mode, Stock, Active, and Out of stock as needed.
6. For food items, you may also see Food, Shared, Dine-in, and Takeaway. Restaurants may also see Kitchen printer.
7. If Visibility is shown, open Edit scopes to change where the product is available. Availability shows the channels, and SmartPOS uses POS availability.
8. Click Save changes. If nothing was edited, the system shows No changes.

Tip: Start with a small group when changing VAT, prices, active status, or visibility for many items. It is easier to check the result before updating the rest.
