The POS takes its look from the menu you build in the back office. There is no separate "theme" button – instead you control how the POS looks through a few fields on your products and categories. Here is an overview of what you can change.
What you can customize
- Colors on categories and products – give colored buttons that make it fast to find the right item.
- Product photos – show an image on the button instead of just text.
- Icons on categories – a small symbol that helps staff recognize a section.
- Order (sorting) – decides which buttons come first on the screen.
- Hide from sale – remove items you don't want on the POS without deleting them.
Steps
- Open the menu: In the left menu, click Products or Categories to edit the items that appear on the POS.
- Edit an item: Click a category or product to open it.
- Set a color: Use the Color field to give the item a clear color. The color appears as the button background on the POS.
- Add a photo (products): Upload a product photo so the image shows on the button. See "Add a product photo".
- Adjust the order: Change the sorting so your best sellers come first.
- Save: Changes appear on the POS after the next sync.
Good to know: You don't need to use every tool at once. Many people use colors on categories and photos on their best-selling products, and leave the rest as plain text for a clean layout.
