Configuring your sale points (terminals & kiosks)
Manage your POS terminals and self-order kiosks from the Sales Points page, including names, assigned cashiers and kiosk checkout settings.
The Sales Points page is where you manage your sales channels: POS terminals and self-order kiosks (and, when enabled, Web Ordering). Open it from the left menu under Sales Points.
The page is organised into tabs: POS Terminals, Self-Order Kiosks, and optionally SmartPOS and Web Ordering. Each tab shows a count badge.
Steps
- Open Sales Points: In the left menu, click Sales Points.
- Review POS terminals: On the POS Terminals tab, each terminal appears as a card showing its name, status badge, ID, assigned cashier and recent shift activity.
- Edit a terminal: Click Settings on a terminal card. In the Edit Kiosk dialog you can change the Assigned Cashier and turn on Auto Logout with an inactivity timeout, then click Update Kiosk.
- Configure self-order kiosks: Open the Self-Order Kiosks tab. Adjust Global Kiosk Settings (such as Checkout & Customer Fields, Tip Settings, Appearance & Languages and the Order Completion Screen) and click Save All Settings. Use Settings on a kiosk card for per-device options.
Good to know: New terminals and kiosks are created and assigned by your Super Admin, so you configure existing ones here rather than adding them yourself. The terminal name itself can only be changed in Super Admin.
Tip: Payment terminal IDs (Worldline and similar) are not set here; they're configured under Payment Methods.
