Use the Operational Health check

Operational Health collects practical checks that can affect operations. The page helps you find problems before they stop sales or reporting.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Operational Health.
2. Read the Critical, Warnings, and Info cards at the top to see how many alerts exist.
3. If everything is healthy, you see No operational issues found. and the badges Menu, Printers/KDS, SmartPOS, and Accounting.
4. If there are alerts, read the title, description, and severity badges such as critical, warning, or info.
5. Look for affected to see how many items are involved.
6. Click the action button on an alert, such as Open, to go to the page where you can fix the issue.
7. Click Refresh after making changes to check again.

Tip: Start with Critical. Resolve those before opening, while Warnings can often be handled after the main sales flows are working.
