Use the Monthly Business Report

Monthly Business Report collects key figures for paid transactions. It is useful for owners and accountants who need a monthly overview as PDF or CSV.

Steps

1. Go to Reports → Monthly business report.
2. Choose Period: Last month, This month, Last 30 days, or Custom.
3. Adjust Start date and End date if you chose a custom period.
4. Use Source to choose All, POS, Kiosk, Online, or SmartPOS.
5. Use Order type to filter by All, Dine-in, Takeaway, or Delivery.
6. Read the summary with Transactions, Items, Sales incl. VAT, VAT, and Average.
7. Review Daily sales, VAT summary, Payment methods, and Product and tax details.
8. Click CSV or PDF to download the report.

Tip: Use Last month when sending figures to accounting. It gives you a stable period that will not change while the current month is still in progress.
