Print product labels

You can print labels directly from the product list when you need price, item, or barcode labels for shelves and products.

Steps

1. Go to Products and find the items you want to label.
2. Select one or more products in the list. When products are selected, the Print (count) button appears.
3. Click Print (count) to open Skriv ut etiketter (count).
4. Set Antall for how many labels to print per product.
5. Choose Størrelse, such as 17mm x 54mm, 29mm x 90mm med strekkode, or one of the Brother sizes.
6. Choose Retning: Liggende (på tvers) or Stående (rotert 90°, langs tapen).
7. Use Rad 1, Rad 2, and any extra rows shown to choose content such as Varenavn uten variant, Varegruppe, Firmanavn, Strekkode, or Varenr.
8. Turn Vis pris on or off. If price is shown, choose Pris MVA, either Pris inkl. MVA or Pris eks. MVA.
9. Check Forhåndsvisning and the product list with Varenr, Navn, Strekkode, and Pris.
10. Click Skriv ut and choose the correct label printer in the print window.

Tip: Choose a size marked med strekkode only when the product has Strekkode or Varenr. If the field is missing, the label prints without a readable barcode.
