See and manage your stock levels

The stock overview shows what you have on hand, its value, and what is running low.

View your stock

1. Go to Logistics → Stock overview.
2. Search for a product by name, item no. or barcode in the search box.
3. Filter as needed by Department, Producer, Supplier or Stock status (All, In stock, Out of stock).
4. Customize columns under Column Selection to show, for example, Cost price, Number (units in stock) and Last sold.
5. Click a row to open the product and edit it.

Turn on stock tracking for a product

1. Open the product (click it in the list, or go via Products).
2. Tick Stock Tracking in the configuration section.
3. Enter the Stock Quantity — how many you have right now.
4. Save the product.

Tip: Use the Stock status → Out of stock filter to quickly see what needs reordering.

Good to know: When stock tracking is on, the quantity updates automatically with each sale, so the numbers in Stock overview stay current.
