Reviewing how a campaign is performing
Check usage history and analytics to see how often a campaign is used and what it costs.

Once a campaign is live you can see how many orders used it, and how much discount you've given away.
Steps
- Open Campaigns. Go to Campaigns → Campaigns.
- Open usage history. On the campaign's row, click the View Usage History button (the clock/history icon).
- Read the summary. The history window shows Total Usages, Unique Orders, Original Value and Total Discount Given (in NOK).
- Review individual uses. The table below lists each use with Date & Time, Product, Customer (or Walk-in), the Discount applied, and the Original, Discount Amt and Final price.
- See the bigger picture. For trends across all campaigns, go to Campaigns → Campaign Analytics.
Good to know
The campaign list also shows an Applied count and an Updated date per campaign, so you can spot which offers are getting traction at a glance. Usage is recorded only when a discount is actually applied to an order, so a brand-new campaign may show no usage yet.
Tip: Compare Total Discount Given against the extra sales a campaign drove to judge whether it's worth repeating.
