Reading your Dashboard and choosing a time period
Understand the key figures on your Dashboard and pick the time period you want to view.
The Dashboard is the first thing you see after logging in. It gives you a quick read on how your business is doing and lets you choose which time period to look at.
Choosing a time period
Near the top of the Overview tab there is a panel called Business pulse with a period dropdown on the right.
- Click the period dropdown (it usually starts on Today).
- Pick the range you want: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last 7 days, This month, Last 30 days, Last month or Custom period.
- If you choose Custom period, two date buttons appear - From and To. Click each one and pick a date on the calendar.
- The figures refresh to match the period you selected.
Reading the key figures
Across the top you will see cards with your main numbers:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Paid revenue | Total paid sales (in kr) for the period, with a comparison to the previous period. |
| Paid orders | Number of paid orders, plus the average value per order. |
| Customization upsell | Extra revenue earned from paid options customers added. |
| Catalog | How many products are active and how many customers are registered. |
Below the cards you will find Confirmed sales by channel, a Recent orders list, an Action checklist (such as out-of-stock items), plus Payment mix, Top products and Upsell options.
Good to know
The Dashboard refreshes on its own every so often, so your numbers stay current. An Updating badge appears briefly while it loads the latest figures.
Tip: Use the Sales Comparisons, Seasonality and Trends tabs at the top for deeper views once you are comfortable with the Overview.
