Issuing and managing gift cards
Create new gift cards, top up balances, and manage existing cards from one page.

The Giftcard Management page is where you issue gift cards and keep track of them. At the top you will see summary cards: Total Giftcards, Active, Total Balance, and Depleted. Below is a table of every card you have issued.
Creating a gift card
- Open the page. Go to Settings, then Giftcards.
- Start a new card. Click Create Giftcard.
- Set the value. Enter the Initial Value.
- Add recipient details (optional). Fill in Recipient Name, Recipient Email, Recipient Phone, and any Notes.
- Set an expiry (optional). Choose an Expiry Date, or leave it blank so the card never expires.
- Create it. Confirm to issue the card. It appears in the table with a masked Card Number.
Managing an existing card
- Find the card. In the table, each row shows the Card Number, Balance, Status (such as ACTIVE or DEPLETED), Recipient, Issued, and Expires dates.
- Open it. Click View Details on the card's row.
- Top up the balance. Use Add Balance to add value to the card.
- Update the card. Use Update Giftcard to change the Status (for example to Suspended) or the recipient name.
- Review history. The Transaction History section lists every change and the balance after each one.
Good to know: The Total Balance stat shows how much value is still loaded on all your active cards, which is money you still owe in goods or services.
Tip: Add a Recipient Name when issuing a card so it is easy to find later in the table.
