Finding your way around the menu
Learn how the left-hand menu is organised so you can quickly find any part of the back office.
Everything in the back office is reached from the menu on the left side of the screen. This short guide explains how it is organised so you can find what you need fast.
How the menu works
At the very top you will see the NordPay logo with Business Admin beneath it, followed by your name and your current business. Below that is the list of sections.
Some items open a page directly when clicked (such as Dashboard, Orders and AI Assist). Others are groups that expand to reveal more choices.
Steps
- Click a section name in the left menu.
- If the section has an arrow on the right, clicking it expands the group and shows the items inside. Click again to collapse it.
- Click the item you want to open its page.
Main sections
- Dashboard - your daily overview of sales and orders.
- Orders - every sale, with details.
- Products - products, categories, services, suppliers and more.
- Customers, Cashpoints, Marketing, Campaigns, Reports, Accounting and Logistics.
- Settings - business setup, opening hours, payment methods, printers and integrations.
- Users - staff accounts and timesheets.
Good to know
A few items only appear if they apply to your business, so your menu may be slightly shorter than a colleague's. On a phone or small screen, tap the menu icon in the top bar to slide the menu in and out.
Tip: The section you are currently in is highlighted in blue, so you always know where you are.
