Set delivery hours for online ordering

Delivery hours decide when customers can choose delivery in online ordering. You can set regular hours per weekday and special hours for holidays or other dates.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Delivery Settings.
2. Find the Self-Delivery Hours or Wolt Drive Hours card. The status shows Available now or Not available.
3. Open the Regular Hours tab.
4. Use the switch next to each day to choose Delivery or No delivery.
5. For delivery days, fill in From and To.
6. Click Save Hours.
7. For exceptions, open Special Dates and click Add.
8. Choose a Date, set Type to No delivery or Custom hours, optionally add Reason (optional), then click Add.

Good to know: Delivery hours can run past midnight. For example, set From to 18:00 and To to 03:00 if delivery should stay available until 03:00 the next morning.

Tip: Use Special Dates for public holidays, events or days when delivery should stop earlier than usual.
