Updating your business information
See your company name, organization number, address, owner details and enabled modules under Settings, and learn how to get them changed.
Your business profile holds the core details NordPay uses across receipts, reports and legal documents. You'll find it under Settings in the back office.
This page is read-only. The information is managed by your system administrator (Super Admin), so you view it here and contact support if something needs to change.
Steps
- Open the page: In the left menu, go to Settings, then open the Setup page (its heading shows your business name).
- Check Basic Information: Review Business Name, Legal Name, Organization Number, Website Slug (URL), Country, Owner Name, Owner Email, Address, Business Status and Currency. The organization number also shows MVA Registered / Foretaksregistrert badges.
- Review Module Settings: Scroll to Module Settings to see which features are turned on, such as Restaurant Module, Retail Module, Giftcard Module and more. Each shows an Enabled or Disabled badge.
- Check System Information: At the bottom you can see when the account was Created and Last Updated.
- Request a change: To edit any detail or turn a module on or off, contact support. The blue Business Configuration notice on the page explains this too.
Good to know: Your Organization Number is essential for Norwegian tax compliance (kassalov), and your business details appear automatically on customer receipts.
Tip: If a feature seems to be missing from your back office, check the Module Settings here first; it may simply need to be enabled.
