Customizing your receipt

Receipt settings control how your printed and digital receipts look. You'll find them in Settings, under the Business Configuration card.

Steps

1. Open Settings: In the left menu, click Settings. The page heading reads Settings with the description "Configure your POS system".
2. Find the Business Configuration card: This card holds two tabs: Business Info and Receipt & Printing.
3. Open Receipt & Printing: Click the Receipt & Printing tab to reach the receipt area.
4. Review what's available: This area is where receipt and printing options live, including receipt header and footer text, paper size, and showing your logo on the receipt.

Good to know: The Receipt & Printing tab is still being rolled out and currently shows a "coming soon" message. Until it's live, your receipts use your standard configuration, and your business details and logo (set under Identity / Branding) already appear automatically.

Tip: To change your receipt logo today, upload it on the Identity / Branding page. For any other receipt change you need right now, contact support and they can help adjust your configuration.
