Creating a discount campaign

Set up an automatic discount on selected products or categories with its own schedule.

A campaign applies a discount automatically to chosen products or categories — no code needed at checkout.

Steps

  1. Open Campaigns. Go to Campaigns → Campaigns.
  2. Start a new one. Click Create Campaign.
  3. Add basic information. Under Basic Information, enter a Name (e.g. "Happy Hour"), an optional Description, and set Status to Active.
  4. Choose the campaign type. Under Campaign Type, pick Simple Discount (a percentage or fixed amount off) or Buy X Get Y.
  5. Add a schedule. A campaign needs at least one schedule — add a Recurring schedule (days of week + a time range) or a One-time schedule (a date range). See "Scheduling a campaign for specific days and times" for details.
  6. Pick what it applies to. For a simple discount, search and add the categories or products that should be discounted, and set each one's discount as a percentage or amount (kr).
  7. Save. Click Save to create the campaign.

Good to know

You can add an optional Product Badge Text (e.g. "2 FOR 1") that shows on product cards in the kiosk; if left empty it defaults to "Salg". On the campaign list, each row has a status switch to turn it on or off, and a Live column showing Running or Off Schedule right now.

Tip: Set Status to Inactive while you build, then switch it on when you're ready to launch.
