Adding a product photo

Upload an image to a product - size, format and why photos help on the kiosk and web.

A product photo makes the item clearer on the kiosk and web ordering, and often helps sales. You add it in the right-hand column when creating or editing a product.

Steps

  1. Open the product under Products (or start a new one with Add Product).
  2. Find the image area in the right-hand column labelled Click or drag image.
  3. Click to choose a file, or drag the image straight into the field.
  4. Choose an image up to 10 MB. It is automatically converted to WebP for faster display.
  5. Once the image is selected, a Ready to upload badge appears - it is not uploaded yet.
  6. Click Save. The upload happens when you save the product.
  7. To change the photo, remove it, drag in a new one, and save again.

Tip: Use a bright, well-cropped photo of the item itself on a neutral background. That keeps your menu looking tidy on the kiosk and web. The photo shows in the same place everywhere, so you only need to upload it once per product.
